FLAG - DBZ Girls by somwei FLAG - DBZ Girls by somwei
Number one in my Fight Like A Girl art series -- the Dragonball franchise.

Now, despite the DBZ logo on the picture, this picture pays homage to the girls of all three Dragonball series (DB, DBZ and DBGT). And here they are.

Pan? The daughter of Gohan and Videl and a quarter Saiyajin, Pan is practically the female lead in the DBGT series. She packs a punch and certainly does a lot in terms of fighting as she often fights alongside her grandfather, Goku, and family friend, Trunks. This young lady has been fighting since she was a young toddler as well.

Chichi? Despite her minimized role in DBZ and DBGT, Chichi was a young woman who knows how to put up a fight. She trained hard after meeting Goku and faced off against him in the Budokai Martial Arts Tournament. On top of that, she is the strong-willed mother of Gohan and Goten, and was the martial arts trainer of Goten.

Bulma? Even though she doesn't physically fight like the other girls, Bulma is the brains behind the operation and often accompanied the boys on their missions. Her biggest choice of weapon is her intelligence and giving the boys the necessary technology to train, aid them on missions, and find the Dragonballs.

#18 (Juuhachigo)? Within the DBZ era, Andriod 18 was one of the first few females that fought and terrorized the human race alongside her brother. She has faced off against the boys multiple times, proving that she is a force to be reckoned with.

Launch? Though she has a sweet demeanor (your left side of the picture), the fighter!Launch (your right side) is one that often sent the original DB boys in a panic when she sneezed. A trigger-happy girl, Launch really knows how to get things rolling as she goes on a crime spree.

Videl? Since I believe that Gohan is the strongest of them all, it takes a pretty impressive girl to catch his attention and Videl had done just that. A martial artists, defender of the people and incredibly cunning, Videl can hold her own when she wants.

Why Not Marron or Bulla/Bura? As adorable or amusing as these girls might be to people, these girls truly don't fight as much as the others. They are more passive than the other aggressive girls of DB/Z/GT.

Isn't Chichi also the daughter of the Ox King?
somwei Featured By Owner Apr 12, 2011  Hobbyist Traditional Artist
Yes, she is. I think I was emphasizing her role as fighter more than her family connections, but her being the daughter of the Ox King is extremely notable because it propelled her into Goku's world, so thank you for bring that up :)

Yo no hablo español bien. Así, arrepentido si está equivocado.

Es una colección de todas las chicas de "dragonball".'s no restringió necesariamente a justo la serie de "dragonball Z". "GT" y "Dragonball" son incluidos.

I agree, Pan did come out really good :)

I haven't been a part of the DBZ fandom for years, but I still remember most of the characters.
